The iliac crest, anterior superior iliac spine, can be palpated. Users can learn how to find a right spot by palpating the landmarks. We used different materials for different layers, you can feel the humanlike differences when you inject through the skin layers to fat and finally muscle layer. Users can have role playing for more practical training with the strap attached on the trainer. The simulated liquid can be discharged by the drainage hole on the top and the inside of the trainer can be dried naturally.
